I haven't changed my pop off pressure in my injectors yet, I am taking them out tonight to have them done. How much is this hurting me in hp, a lot or a little. I have herd as much as 100hp. Another thing is I was told to change the lift of the injector wich the injector shop said they can do but what do I tell them to set it at? Any help would be great.:Cheer:

I know many good running P- Pumped 24Vs that did not alter pop pressure. Id leave them alone if it were me.

Well to be honest I thought the same thing but I am consistently getting told by many different people that it is hurting me, maybe they are all wrong, I do not know. I don't want to send the money if it would be a waste of time.

mine ran "ok" with them left the way they were...went to new sticks with the adjusted pop-off and it revs easier, starts easier and runs its arse off now.

i would get them set.

Ran DDP100 set for VP ran OK...

Went to a DDP150 set for p-pump... Probably gained close to 100HP... Ran a lot better...

Well it seems like there is pretty mixed reviews, I guess that I'll have it done it, I don't think that it will hurt me on power. What about the lift on the injector?

what the best to get them set at? ddp i think set my comps to 290bar sound right? or 270?

If the factory design is to have the (vp) injector pop off between 300 to 280bar, wouldnt lowering the pop off pressure effect atomization regardless of the injection pump being used to achieve that pressure?:poke:
