Pop off pressures?

I haven't changed my pop off pressure in my injectors yet, I am taking them out tonight to have them done. How much is this hurting me in hp, a lot or a little. I have herd as much as 100hp. Another thing is I was told to change the lift of the injector wich the injector shop said they can do but what do I tell them to set it at? Any help would be great.:Cheer:

If you are not going to convert the injector to use the 12v compression spring, altering the opening pressure isn't worth your time.
