popping/misfiring

Alright guys , I am getting my but kicked here. For some reason now after a bunch of new mods my truck starts popping and what I can only discribe as misfiring when I am at full throttle. I thought it was my nitrous systems but even with that disengaged it is still doing it. Normal driving is no problem, and even if I lay into it it will run hard but as soon as the pedal hits the floor ta dah, it falls on its face and pops and misfires. Anyone out there heard of anything like this?????
 
Timing is still ok, valves adjusted properly, and my overflow is ok, but it would seem to be almost any RPM at full throttle. I only checked it @ about 2900 it had started it long before I made note to look!!

Maybe I could buy a Ford, this way I'd never have to worry about having any power issues, due to lack thereof. Thanks Smokem I was thinking that direction but needed to here it from some one else
