OK my 05 had a rough start bc it was cold, but I got it to fire but the truck runs in limp mode. I have 2 code which bring up under boost and p0251. I looked at injection pump lines they look white like their burning hot, I also have white vapor coming out of the oil fill cap is it still blow by or hg.

Light blow by out of the cap is normal. If it doesn't blow the cap off of the valve cover when its loosely sitting on top, its probably ok.
