the start of the new 2.6 truck... im gonna paint the frame and everythign after the hoildays... the primer has a lil surface rust 220 everything and lay some of that black paint :bigsmile:

Here's some pic's or winter project

Finally got started on winter project, pulled the tran's and motor last Friday. I had some help pulling the tran's my little girl Chloe helped with flash light and handing me wrenchs as i need them from tool box. Then my dad lended a hand in getting the motor out.
I got alot of work to do before pulling season starts back up. Here's some pic's of what i got done so far.

It was, i have friend that has a older cab and chassis Snap-on truck that im taking the box off of. Box is aluminium, its 16ft and in perfect shape. It has the steps up the side all i need to do is put shower and stuff in it and im ready to go, well little more involved then that but beat hotels and for what i will have in it i couldnt pass it up

We are taking out the auto,trany and LD tranfercase and putting in the 4500 and the HD case from DESTROKED.We started it yesterday afternoon Dan "my soninlaw"want's to start pulling it this summer.Not sure what class yet.He needs to do some paint job on the side for some extra coins.I can't wait to show you the paint job he is going to put on his truck.I'm not going to tell you what it is till it is done.It will be more detail than the one on the "GAMBLER".

Then we are pulling the head back off of the 2wd and putting in bigger valves and finnishing the porting and polishing and putting the header on and do some more aluminum polishing it just don't have enough bling bling yet.
I'm also doing some polishing on side for extra $$.

My winter project will probably be working on Lynn's truck and maybe a few others. No $$$ to start my own project so..... At least I don't have to be the one spending money :))
 
Here is one of the projects i've been workin on. 2010 6.4 should be a 700hp hot little street truck.
