Powder Coating/Ceramic Coating V-Band Flanges?

Building a set of twins and planning on powder coating the cold pipe and ceramic coating the hot pipe. Will there be any problems if the v-band flanges get coated or should they be masked off during the process? Also have a t3 spacer that my external wastegate attaches to. Will it be ok to coat the inside and faces of the spacer too?

The only one I have problems with is the stock compressor outlet on a HX35 housing. I would recommend any vband connection on the cold side be taped off. Everything else was a loose enough fit and my v-bands on the exhaust are ceramic coated inside & out.
