power steering hose

so, my power steering hose has been leaking and im finally going to replace it. does anybody know the part number for this hose that goes from the pump up to the booster?

also, what are the fitting sizes for the bottom of the PS pump and up on the booster? i might make one of out stainless braided.

Napa part number from Pump to Booster = 7-3437
Ford Part number 3C3Z-3A717-AA

Fitting sizes 16 X 1.5 MM ...But they have those goofy teflon washers that Ford is fond of using.
 
is it 16mmx1.5 on both the pump and booster?

can i use a 16mmx1.5/-6AN fitting on top and bottom with a -6AN stainless braided line?

I don't think the AN style end will work.. Ford has a different tapered end with the teflon washer. Without that, I have a feeling it'll leak like a cow pissing on a flat rock.

But, you could try it....
 
I'm not sure....The fitting design is a bit different than a standard AN fitting..

It *might* work, but I personally wouldn't gamble that it would without the matching fittings.

There is an updated pressure line for a noise concern. I will look up the part number later.
