Power Windows??

Well all the sudden my power windows wont work. And i found that the fuse for the power door locks was blown also. I replaced the fuse for the locks and they work fine...The widows are a different story, the relay/fuse what have you, was fine and replaced with a new one anyways. i have power to the the wires at the switch i tried to jump the wires from hot to up or down and nothing works... any ideas. I dont think i filled out my sig so my truck is a 96 3500 4x4

Check the IOD fuse.
