ppe race fuel valve???

i have a 05 lly and was thinking about getting a ppe race valve for it but wanted to get some of yalls input on it first. any pro and cons would be apreciated.

I would just shim the valve instead, then your still able to releive rail pressure if there is a spike or anything. Some people have complained of problems with the race valve leaking as well. The shim took me all of 30 mins to intall and only costed me like $3

pull the relief valve out and pull apart and put .60" worth of washers behind the spring, and it just makes it so it takes more pressure to compress the spring and open it up.
 
thanks... sry i have so many questions, but what kind of difference will i see/ feel with this?
