yes it's ours ... I can barely sleep :). should be hitting dyno soon & then we have to shoehorn it into the car
 
Fabulous piece. I can't help but wonder on a completely custom engine, why is the injection pump still mounted in a location that hinders the intake manifold design?

No disrespect intended.
 
Simplicity ... would be a ton of money to re engineer that stuff for little or no gain . we have sold the other engine to Gord cooper & there will soon be 2 diesel funnycars racing :)
 
thanks, she's going to be well north of 2k... it's going to be a clutch game from here on out .
 
able to speak on some of the specs? is that dry sump i see there?
 
yes , the pan is so shallow on f car that we must run dry sump .were going to try & get the atmospheric charger moved so we can get a hood stack back on her .. it's really close to the motor that's in scheids rail.
 
We think we have a good handle on clutch tuneing these days & plenty of fresh disc . I'm praying I don't have the tire shake issues .. it's going to be pretty exciting having that motor right between my legs !!
