Price on polishing/chrome

I was checking around to get some prices on getting stuff chromed and i was supprised at the cost. Does anyone know about what it cost to get 12valve covers polished, inatake horn, tps bracket, lettering on a 24valve valve cover, and getting the thermosate housing chromed, alternator bracket chromed.

I can sandblast and paint 'em for ya... chrome is too high maintanence IMO LOL

It not that bad on keeping chome and alluminum polished.I have some powder coated chrome on my truck and it is great just use windex and a soft rag and wipe won't rust or tarnish.The turbo's are polished and the cold pipeing is powder coated. for peices of pipe to be coated was 325.00.I did all the polish work myself I use to do it as a side line for extra money.
