Problem with 02

My buddy is having problems with 02 . He says he can be driving it and all of a sudden it has no power and then it suddenly comes back. Local shop where he is at put a scanner on it and they ended up putting a TPS and a map sensor in it and it still did not fix truck. Any suggestions??

Sounds like vp to me too. Which truck we talking about?? its not willards is it???? Better make sure its getting good fuel pressure before you put a new pump on it too.
