pt pump idle adjustment!!!!! asap please

anyway i put a button and 3 gov shims in the dump truck im driving tomorrow and no the idle is at like 13-1400.. how can i drop that back down?
if you know please tell me..
otherwise i guess its pull the shims back out so i can work it tomorrow..

Should be able to back the throttle arm screw out til it idles right.

if its the horizontal long nut type on the backside of the pump i loosened that and it didnt do anything?

ok, well i was to blame.. after taking it apart 5 more times i found that the spring that holds the botton had a washer behind that had turned sideways and well that wasnt working out.. but now its back.. turned the fuel pressure back down to stock and added three gov shim with a 15 button.. we will see how it runs tomorrow..
