Just wondering what everybodies opinion of this are.

Mine is that you dont need the extra timing when cold when the ip timing is cranked.

I think it would solve some cold running issues im having...

But that leads to the problem of where to get the correct block off plate and return regulator...
 
You wouldn't accomplish much by pulling it. It would amount to weight reduction and perhaps the ability to more easily mount a dual-feed or pressure gauge port.

Put it on a switch so that you still have it in those cold start up situations or you could flip the switch for pulls, drags, dyno runs or what every you may want to use it for. I have heard that if you leave it of or on (depending on ic or non ic model) over time it could cause problems.
 
I was trying to get away from having the partial advance, and having the full advance curve at all times...

I feel if your getting more power by engaging the ksb, your leaving power on the table at the top end because of less total advance. Advance your timing to compensate for the added timing from the ksb...
