Ok, so I have decided to take a year or two off and let all the class rules play themselves out, I am offering up for sale my puller engine as a complete package or will sell the pump and injectors separate and keep the long block for another project. All parts listed have about 25 hooks total and were all brand new at the beginning of 2010.
Short block:
Bored .030 over, cam bushings installed throughout, Kenny's 5/8" girdle plate installed with all machine work to main caps and pan rail, 14mm main studs, line honed, main and rod bearings coated, crank balanced and trued up to be perfectly straight, stock rods rebuilt on both ends and balanced, 286110 mahle pistons with bowls opened up, .200 valve reliefs, tapered above top ring land, mahle piston rings, billet EEP cam, CR flat tappet lifters, Haisley push tubes.
Head:
Intake cut off and homemade plenum with 2" runners and 5" tube and v-band flange at the front, all intake valves that were back cut and 3 angle valve job, ported on all sides by me, Haisley springs and retainers, 1.8 to 1 ratio rocker arms, 12mm H-11 headstuds, marine head gasket
Other:
Kenny's front cover with fuel supply option and access to pump gear, homemade aluminum tappet cover, crank gear welded on, cam gear was welded on, Fluidamper for 12v with pulley cut down to 4 ribs to fit front cover.
Clutch:
Kenny's 3 disk competition with cintered iron disks, weighted to come on at 4500rpm.
Fuel:
Harts 13mm P7100, ag gov, self contained oil, Kenny's adjustable pump gear, Harts 5x.025 dual feed injectors, .09 injector lines.
Turbo:
Stock S480 with 1.32 housing on the 96mm exhaust wheel.
I will sell the whole thing for $20,000....or the pump and injectors for $5500. That is only two ways I will go, I am not interested in parting anything out at this time. Contact me at midstatediesel@msn.com or 30nine 27five 424eight.
