I am returning my truck closer to stock, so i have no use for this anymore as i wont be sled pulling with my truck. I have had the parts sitting around for a while, just welded it up. It is a solid 2" square bar with a 1" flat plate welded to it, non adjustable however you can flip the hitch over and go one inch up or down. I didnt see the need for an adjustable hitch because my truck is stock height.

I would like to get $100 out of this, that sounds expensive but it would cost you at least that to make this, i have $50 in material and $50 to have the 1" plasma cut.
