pulling hitches

been looking for a good adjustable pulling hitch but can't find anything local.
Anyone know where to get a good one?

This as far as I know is legal anywhere you hook at
Rules as far as i know require 3.75" hole with 1" by 1" by 1" band of metal around the loop
the adjustable one has enough adjustment to elevate the hitch height 7.5" above your reciever
