New member here...looks like a great site with many knowledgeable members. I am pretty new to this sport, so please be easy on me.

I am running a 466 CI engine, P pump, in a open RPM farm tractor/sled pulling. I have a Garrett GT4202 turbo with a 1.01 ex housing. While it works pretty decent, I am always looking for more .....you know how it is:) During a run the boost pressure will get up to around 65 PSI and the exhaust or drive pressure will at times get over 90 PSI. The exhaust housing was selected by using an engine dyno. While the smaller exhaust housing raised the drive pressure quite a bit, it raise our boost and HP also.

I run with several different groups and the rules vary from group to group. One group states a 3X3 turbo and another one is 3X4. Is there anything I can do to increase the performance of this turbo? Is anyone doing any mods to these turbos to increase the performance? Any suggestions for a larger (3X4) turbo to put on? I tried a BHT3B and it did not perform as well as the GT42. I don't have a lot of room under the hood and mounting a larger turbo is not real simple, so I would like to just mod the GT42 if possible. Forced induction offers a race cover upgrade for a GTD4202 that they are claming a gain of 50RWHP in an vehicle, is this true and would it help in this application?

Thanks, all help is appreciated!
