Pulsating at 40mph ????

Ive have read this a few times. I have about 170000 miles. I am on my 2nd pusher pump. Whats the problem? Help would be appriciated. Thanks

sorry when holding steady throttle it feels like the throttle or fuel is loosing a little then getting some fuel. I read before it might be the apps sensor. Clutch is south bend. I tested it the other day, went sideways in the rain then the tires hooked so they should be good to. The voltage should still be good on the diehard batteries because I cant here the diesel with the stereo cranked. Sorry if I have so remarks but Im laughing. But back to first question still in the air.

Have you had the codes checked?

Get the codes checked, even if the engine light is not on it can set one. It's not an auto so battery voltage shouldn't be an issue. Does it only happen under constant throttle situations?

could be lift pump and filter getting dirty my truck did that changed the filter and it quit it
