This all started from gelled fuel. I replaced all injectors, dv, cleaned all lines. I also pulled the dv holders to see if the plungers were moving. Some were stuck but we unfroze them. Know the trucks hard to start and backfiring at low rpm. Timing is correct at 17° and valves are adjusted correctly. Are my problems coming from my pump?

Sounds like you are sucking air, what is your supply pressure? Overflow valve?

I am running the airdog 150. Checked all lines to and from the tank to the motor and there is no prolems. The pump is not noise like it would be if it were sucking air. Were else could i suck air and would this explane the hard to start and backfiring. How should i go about check supply pressure and the overflow valve. I think its the pump because the plungers were sticking pritty bad. But please help:nail:

I also forgot to mention it was running and idleing fine the other day. The same day we unfroze the plungers in the pump. I was in a rush and had to get home and it only ran for 10min. Today i fired it up and it was hard to start and backfired at low rpm. At higher rpm and boost it would clean right up. Im so confused. Sorry for spelling still in the shop working on it and putting this up on the cell

There are 30+ page bashing threads yet no one can answer my question or even point me in the right direction? :nail:
