Punching out a 5.9L engine...

Anyone know of places where you can have headwork done (over-bore, valve job, ect.) and also a resource for pistons if you run an over-bore?

I know there are some CRD trucks in other countries running a 6.7L displacement and it had been said that it is an 5.9L that has been punched out to 6.7L?

Anyone?
 
There are several 5.9's running 6.7 displacement around here too....Just have to know where to look
 
Yeah, you could look there, or you could look in other places. Most folks running that kind of stuff have some of the most wigged out setups you have ever seen.
 
Can someone please shed light on the conversion? Does it amount to using a 6.7L crankshaft/rods from the Agriculture arena along with a block girdle? I am asuming no change in the bore for that conversion. So... who does this conversion and approximately how much does it cost?
