Quad adrenaline

I have the quad adrenaline an for some reason the USB port on the box doesnt wanna work it won't stay connected to computer long enough to update has anybody else had this kinda problem

yep call quad they can walk you through what it takes to get it to link up to your computer. It took about two minutes to fix mine...
