quad downloading

can't seem to beable to download a different version on to my quad adr. any help would be appreiciated. I have a hp studio lab top, and can't seem to get thru the hardware driver pages. thanks
 
You probally have a fire wall or a blocker turned on thats stopping it. Need to turn all that stuff off
 
Sorry guys smart guy move. helps to read the directions a little closer, they is instructions for the error code I was getting. anyhow gotter now, thanks disturbed
