Quadzilla miss?

Alright i bought a quadzilla adrenaline about a year ago and have been playing around with the different tunes on quadzillas site and its ran fine but now for the last couple of months ive noticed its been running a lot rougher and misses and surges very bad when i get into the throttle hard no matter wat tune i have on it. It does it on every tune on the higher PLs tho. Im on vacation right now and my buddy needed to use my truck and said the same thing about it so he put his quad from his truck on mine and said it cleaned up the idle and it doesnt mis at all. Has anyone else ever had this problem with the quadzilla adrenaline? Thanks any input would help.

mine used to miss occasionally, usually just one pop then it would be fine for a few weeks.

i chalked it up to a bad wire tap, then sold it due to the once again horrible customer service that quadzilla offers.
