Has anyone used the newer quadzilla xzt loader? Not going for huge power but it seems to be a pretty decent entry level box with a ton of adjustability. Just needing some thoughts on this before my money goes somewhere else

What year model truck? I have one and would like to go a different route. Cut ya a deal.

They are a decent box. I made 345 hp with it and some 150s. Nothing else. I think thats a hair low though, so I'm planning on trying another dyno. Same setup trapped 95 mph at the track.

were you running stock turbo?
cause box with 150's u sound like u need more air
 
Yep, stock turbo.Its right on the edge with that setup. EGTS never went over 1300. 34psi.

Its alot different with a wire tap box, but the XZT+ doesn't fuel that hard. My injectors run pretty cool and clean too.


Anyway, I don't think you can put the 02 box on the 99.
 
yup different sensor plug ins or something. did u load any other tunes onto it from quadzilla? apparently its pretty adjustable just need a computer, or so they say, thats why i was wondering if anybody had extensively used them
 
I've run every tune they offer on Quads website. Yeah, it has alot of adjustabilty, high idle, cold engine protection.....
 
would u recommend or would u recommend something else for a bit more cash?
 
I would recommend spending a bit more and getting a bigger box. You will eventually want more power, and you can always run it on lower levels.
