quest for a 1000+ hp

before i start on my drive train... i'm wanting some opinions on clutch, trans, transfer, axles..... anything and everything is helpful... thanks

better be looking for a triple disk clutch. oh hell, 4 disk Crower, SCS drop box and reverser, and a rockwell, then you wont have to worry about the driveline

Depends what kind of class you want to pull in,


2.8-3.0 trucks are at 1000-1200hp on the engine dyno and running stock drivelines still, beefed way up

You can never have too much clutch, if it is in your budget I would get a triple disc from Haisley or South bend.
You will be fine with a nv4500 with a dhd transfercase.
Upgrade the driveshaft to 1480 u-joints, full spool and BIG axle shafts.

think so... i'm thinkin of gettin a nv 5600 or a drop box i got a ats 4500 after ripped 3rd out of mine..... i like south bend... i dono any more ideas?
