I recently put a raptor fuel pump on my truck with the stock fuel lines. When I go WOT from a stock an when the tranny shifts into drive it sometimes starves the pump. Is the stock fuel lines my problem?

I take it you have a fuel pressure gauge since you say it starving the IP? If so what's your pressure @ idle? If the truck is a VP pump try not to get much over 20psi, like 22-23 tops. This should help you keep from losing a lot of pressure @ WOT, but yes upgrading the from you TINY factory line to 3/8 or 1/2 will help greatly also. I have 1/2" lines from the tank to the injector pump.

Here's a picture of a stock fuel filter to injector pump line on a 24V from Mopar1973Man.com website.

Yes I have a psi gauge an at WOT it only drops from 20 to like 15 an it still sounds like it cuts out

15psi is plenty of fuel pressure. What rpm's are we talking about? What type of fueling box are you running? Your box may be defueling, but your not starving the pump.

I've got an edge comp an superchips. An when I go from a dead stop to full throttle when the rpm's hit about 2300. An when it does it at WOT in drive, not lock-up.

I have never heard of that, but I guess each truck is different.

My AD sits at 24 psi at idle and 18 at WOT.

Can cause the timing event to start too early causing burn outside of the bowl at peak cylinder pressure, not good. Try pulling the superchips off,
if you want more get the hot unlock for edge.

yeah i dont see why people run these setups when it is impossible to have consistent pressure on the opposite end of a long fuel line both at idle and WOT, without an additional return style regulator closer to the IP.

I have my walbro 392/ stanadyne fuel manager system with a homeade 25psi returning regulator then a holley 7psi dead head regulator this gives me a solid 25psi at the firewall = sufficient flow with 3/8 line and 7psi at the pump no matter what is done because the regulation is in the right spots not before the long fuel line which varies in pressure drop based on flow.

This configuration and wiring is all temporary the truck wont be done for a while but this is where it will be

smarty, or another loader that doesn't add additional timing., our just keep the comp and get bigger injectors

Definitely search this subject on here though, there isa lot of knowledge, take from it what you wil,
and definitely learn from others mistakes, good luck to you!
