question about chips

ok so im pretty sure i know the answer to this already but whats the harm in asking right? theres an edge chip in a ford diesel a buddy of mine has and i was wondering if it ws swappable into a chevy

If it is really and Edge Chip, the answer is no.

No it wont work, I pretty sure the only tuner/box/chip that will work on different makes of trucks is the bullydog triple dog?
