question on cam fitment

just got a quick spool cam for a 2nd gen but was planing on using it it in my 03. just looked on pdr and their listed as 98.5-02 03-07.
is it goping to work?

I wouldnt think the profiles would be much different if at all. If it has a mechanical fuel pump lobe it wont work in the CR. Due to the CR's having bigger tappets.

just got off the phone with pdr and was told it will not work. key way is different.

It will work, I installed it last weekend.
dont know why pdr said the keyway was different
