Hello, i have a 99 cummins. I tried plugging a smarty into that ecm cable or whatever its called down by your feet and it wouldnt work, his truck was set back to stock, and when we plugged it into my truck we wiggled the cable and we turned the key on and w.e else. Just wondering if anyone would kno what this would be. Thanks much. Patrick.
