question on fuel pressure

Hey everyone,
I have a Raptor 150 installed on my 06 cummins, today I recently put on a ISSPRO fuel gauge, 0-30psi. My question is that the Raptor is adjustable, can i turn up the pump all the way up? the gauge reads at 30 now, when i had it set at 15psi and nailed the throttle the guauge would go down to 4psi. so would it be safe to leave it on 30psi is my question?

the stock CP3 likes around 20 to 22psi. I'd start from there.
