So i was just thinking to myself if there would be any bennifits running or not running swaybars when sled pulling, my truck has never had one in the rear but was wondering if it makes any difference what so ever if it has a front swaybar or not. anyone have any input on this. was thinking i might take my front one off since the links are junk and the truck never sees the road anymore.

I cant see what effect it could have in a straight line. Thats not factual data though just my presumption. The only purpose or a sway bar is to control body sway and roll. Its probably not limiting you either though.

I have heard some swear by having them on a puller and some totally against them. My thoughts are that if built corectly they will actually help keep the wheels planted to the track.....especially if the track is ruff but I have nothing to confirm my beliefs on that.

Always wondered what effect they have as the torque begins to lift the drivers side front....
