Quick question

Well i put my truck back together and ran along to a problem. When i take my foot off the throttle it will either stick, come down really slow, or stay at 2000 rpm for a few seconds and then come down. I took my spring on the bottom of the pump and manually pulled the throttle back instantly, but it still will not come back down to idle like it should. It is just slow, any help would be appreciated. I am going to get a new spring for the throttle but still stumped. Thanks Cliff

who set up your gov springs?

sounds like they are too tight

Yep, sounds like back when I was messing with my springs with washers and what not, had them too tight.
