I bought a nitrous kit from this guy on oct 25th for $255. I told him I only needed it if he caould have it here by early this week. He told me he would ship it out the following monday or tuesday and sure enough it still hasn't showed. I have sent multiple PM's, E-mail's, a facebook message, and posted in the ad with not one single reply. I recently got a PM leading me to a thread where he was pulling the same crap with other stuff for sale. I wouldn't recommend him and I want my $255 back!!!!!!

I second this... I was the other thread. I did get a refund after filing a paypal claim but never got an apology or explanation... just an attitude. Hope you get your refund.

I noticed you sent the payment, he probably recieved it. Did you get a tracking number at all?

He is on a bunch of other sites. I sent the money on the 25th of Oct. He told me he would get it out asap then I didn't hear from him again. He hasn't logged in here since but he has logged in other places.

I got with PayPal and they are no help. I used PayPal mobile because I wasn't at the house and it didn't give me the option to send it as goods or services. I am going to the JAG office on the base tomorrow and just see about having a military lawyer help me out. I don't want it to go that far but I want the parts or my money back asap. I tried to call today but no answer. Does anybody know Michael Collins from hagerstown MD or Washington DC?
