Is the mack plug (2095) as far as you can go, or can i gain some if i mill it out to be deeper? Mack plug give 21 mm in rack travel or?? Is there some easy way to measure the rack travel.
Regards From Sweden.

If I remember correctly , 2095 plug will give you 21.5 mm rack travel and you do not need more.

Let the pump shop rotate the barrels.

2095 is not Mack specific part, is also used in marine fuel pumps

So how much travel do you get after your barrels are turned? With the 2095 plug and a 0 plate? I have all three done to my truck

Rotating the barrels does not add rack travel. It does however increase fueling through out the travel of the rack. You won't need anything more then the 2095 plug as far as rack travel goes. He was saying that if you needed more fuel then you pump could provide with the 2095 plug, your next step would be to have a pump shop flow your pump, that would include them rotating your barrels.

And Deere pumps as well as who knows how many others. IMHO, it is simply a rack plug that allows the full 21mm of rack travel.

No more than with the 2000 rack plug when you have a plate in it, even if it is full forward.

That is unless the plate was custom made to allow full rack travel, and it would be pointless if it is a zero plate.
