Rail Pressure Question

How much psi are they considering draining the rail. Got the new rail pressure gauge in today and if i stand in it the lowest it will get is about 23,500.

looks good to me. healthy cp3. you stack with a pressure box it will drop, but nothing wrong with that PSI.$.02
