Ramifier by TS

I had a buddy who had a dodge wtih a ramifier by ts on it. He wants to sell it to me. Can i get it updated to work with my engine? And can it be updated at all even fore an 03-04 truck? Truck it will go on would be a 2006.

Call TS for sure, but if it has the infinitely adjustable knob it should be able to be upgraded.
