I never put a winch on it, but the mount plate is there.

I didn't like the fact that with the winch mount bumper you lost your tow hooks, so I did some surgery on the bumper....cut holes in it for 1" colars, added 1/2" plate to reinforce the colars and put 1" shackels for tow hooks.2

Also the bumper came with 2 tabs on the bullnose for lights. I drilled holes for 1 more set of lights (4 holes total, 2 for lights and 2 for the wires).

All I want is $500 and your factory sport bumper w/ fog lights

I am working in Shreveport La. and would like to do this local due to this thing is heavy and I need a replacement

That bumper ain't worth that much. I'd give you a sport bumper and $200. Sport bumpers are worth $400 themselfs. And your ranch hand is around $600-650. Just my opinion now. Don't get bent put of shape.
