raptor 150 problem

I have a raptor on my 24v and it's literally the 6th one iv put on in a year and a half this one worked great till about two days ago and it will hold great fuel pressure idling but when I give it some fuel it drops drastically and will drop free revving it it's li me it's not keeping up with the fuel need. Could the pump just be breaking down or what it's under warranty just tired of messing with it:nail:

Check voltage at pump, and i don't know how vp return works, but make sure its not just free flowing.

A VP has an over flow valve on it, which could be bypassing pressure.

First would be to verify fuel pressure with a secondary gauge. If the pressure is falling off you can test the AirDog. They used to have those procedures posted, we always called it the bucket test. Measures the volume per minute. Personally if the AD is not keeping up I would chuck it.
