redline question?

i searched on bluechips website and couldnt find what i needed so..... my question is when the redline takes control of the ecm and ignores all sensors...... does it ignore a timing box to? thanks

From what I understand yes it does, I heard that from a pretty trusted source, I have some ideas on how to get around that, that I was going to try on my vp truck but it is on the back burner right now...

On my 02 I ran a Redline w a Edge Juice w/ add and it work very well. I spoke with Chip Fisher (Blue Chip) and he said that the Edge products seemed to work best w the Redline for added timing only (no fuel). However, any level over 3 on any of the Edge boxes is pointless cuz 4 and 5 are more fuel but no more timing. Essentially, a Edge EZ is all you would need.

edge ez and the redline is the stack i was wanting to try.... i have a power puck on the truck now... but if the redline would over ride it when it takes over im not sure if i wanna go that route

street/drag race... i had planned on just running the timing box on the street and having the redline for when i go to the track.. i only live 6 mile from my work so the truck doesnt see a ton of use

Redline starts to take over around 2-2200 rpm. After that it wide open.
