thinking ive got a ring gone bad cause im leakin oil like crazy out of the blow by tube. what do you guys suggest and what it usually cost to fix this?

Motor will have to come out and be disassembled, if it is a ring problem.
Is it making any knocking noise? It is more common for the piston cooler nozzles to plug or break off causing the piston to swell. This causes ring and piston failure leading a knocking noise.

its not knocking yet. the black bottle looking thing at the end of the blow by tube apears to be full, looks like a few metal shavings...just wondering what it could be.

With the motor running pull the dipstick out, if it's blowing oil out the end you definitely have a problem.

well tried that and oil is not coming out of the dipstick. any other suggestions?

alright the oil is leaking by the power steering pump, what could this be?

the seal between the vaccum pump/ power steering pump?? If so, its an easy fix.
