I was in a hurry the other day and got out of my jeep without putting it in park first. rolled into the dodge and put two big dents in the bumper. was planning on getting a roll pan anyway. i wanna know which ones you guys went with and which fitted the best. i want a fiberglass one because of the weight savings. and i dont have have a hitch anymore, so i dont need the flip down/up bracket. let me know. pics would be appreciated too:Cheer:

hey ill get you some pictures of mine tomorrow its steel light weight brand new from southern ky classics 75.00

the steel pans arnt that heavy.

I picked mine up from ebay for 100 shipped. the had it sprayed with rhino to match the rest of the truck.

Stay away from the fiberglass. I have tried a few brands and none of them fit good.

If u get a metal you can weld it to the besides a make it all one piece. Just suck if u get backed into again, but looks money. Fiberglass ones generally require a little sanding but not much. They look great too.

i need to cut every possible pound that i can. this is a 1/4 mile truck. not dedicated race, but tryin to give the ol' girl a diet.

gotta get a hidden hitch and a flip down/up plate bracket the receiver is behind the plate with the hidden hitch.

ha ha i actualy got it from a buddy for $20. i used like 6 little sheet metal screws to hold it on.

1st gen, i know... but, i used a steel pan on my truck granted my whole truck is flat black, but very little prep for painting.. it weighed about 12lbs or so.

I'm running a sir michaels, and it welded to the bed with no issue.

Here is my steel pan from LMC. 100lbs with the hitch and bumper compared to 12lbs with the pan...
