Rough idle at start up

Nothing but problem with the truck the past month need help i have a 01 24v it's p pumped so the other morning I started the truck it's was probably 60 out that night but when I start it up it has a lope to it and after about 30sec it goes anyway never did that befor even when we had colder nights
