Rough idle , dies when off fuel at low rpm ?

Started a week ago in the morning after work , was fine before .Up and down rpm and dies if off fuel when stoping or in park , replaced lift pump , same thing ,searched for air leaks in fuel supply system , found none , also replaced ofv with new from tork tec still same thing . Help I'm lost.
 
Check your throttle stop or idle adjustment. Also could be something with your shut off solenoid.
 
Thanks ,checked the selonoid seems good , and can the idle just mess up like that outta nowhere ?

You guys are awesome , I adjusted the idle and it's way better , not totally gone but 100% better . I'm prob watching it too closely now .

whats your idle set at? mine had similar problem cause idle was set to low when i bought it. more recently when i was pulling into work my truck just shut off, and wouldnt run unless i kept my foot on the throttle. found out the rack was stuck, revved it to redline a couple times and its idled fine since.
 
It def gets better when warmed up , and my idle is now about 900 when warm ,it was prob about 750 or 800 but it idled fine then .
