rough idle

Hey my pickup has a rough idle at time on start up and sometimes trouble starting. At this point it's intermittent but starting to get on my nerves. It has only done this since new injectors and slowly gotten worse. I had the head off about a month ago to the resurface the head and oring it. The injectors were clean and pop tested at that time as well. I am wondering if my vp44 is slowly dying?

Do you have a tuner on it or fass etc...?

Yeah I just updated my sig. I have an air dog and edge drag comp

I responded again but my phone jacked up...anyway, if it just started it probably is ths pump. Before i had added my FASS on my 01, it was cutting out when i was pulling a load. I had a granettelli mileage miser so only 75hp. When i changed to the FASS on i never had anymore problems and had added 75hp ddp's.
