Looks like the "C" series familiarization or the inline fuel systems familiarization from Cummins.

Is there one for all types of bosch governor? Sombody know were a can find a copy?

Yes, it's the Cummins "Inline Fuel Pump Familiarization for Mid-range Engines". I somehow got scanned copies of several Cummins familiarization books.

They're from '91 and have no copy right logos, so that means it's okay right? If somebody with a website (cough cough) wants to host them, I'd think that'd be cool.
