runs rough and smokes white

2001 cummins 261xxx miles has fire rings head studs fass fuel system brand new 150 injectors hot rod injection pump. it is missing on cylinder #1 and #3 it runs terrible has no power and smokes white. it spits out a little black smoke when I rev it. oil doesn't smell like fuel or antifreeze. could this be a burnt valve? head gasket? injector tubes? turbo? I cant figure it out. any help would be appreciated. thanks
 
It's missing on cylinder #1 and #4 I switched injector #3 and #4 to see if I could move the miss and the miss was still on #4
