S-03 help!!!

I had a guy bring in a S-03 smarty (VP-44). He let a friend borrow it and went to take it out of his truck and now it shows that it is VIN locked. Can anyone help me unlock it?

Put it back in the last truck that it was loaded onto and return tuning to stock and it should be good to go.
