I was going to try to make this intake work with my S467, but it doesn't look like it will. I had it on a 1998 12v. I'm certain it fits all other 2nd gen 12 valves. I'm not sure if it works on 24 valves, but I think it may. It has less than 30 miles on it and has the oiled filter. I believe retail is $289. I'll take $250 shipped. I'll post pictures later this evening.
