How much (roughly) would a s360 non-wastegate(using a external gate) over a s475 support?

The s360 claims 65 lbs/min
Compressor: 60.0 mm inducer, 83.5 mm exducer
Turbine: 76.2 mm inducer, 67.5 mm exducer
t4 divided .091 housing

What a set of twins will support is largely dictated by what the primary will support, all the air to the secondary has to go through the primary to get there.

An hx40 (60mm) over an s475 is capable of supporting a solid 650-700 or so without problem so that should give you an idea.

What about the hx35 with the 60mm wheel, but all the threads I read did not say anything about running a htt 14cm or 16cm turbine housing, and run an external gate?

I already have a hx35 in excellent condition, just trying to save a little money.

Shooting for 650hp, maybe a little more.

Should be good for 650hp. but not much past that. the small 35 (both sides) becomes a restriction and the 475 is working too hard to get much more.
